Business Correspondence

Currently we are learning to utilize business letters, if you would like extra credit, please prepare a modified block style business letter on your personal stationary. In the letter, which should be addressed to me, you should express how important it is to complete your education and include what advice you would share with another student who is considering quitting school. This will count as a test grade.

It must be formatted properly and you can use your notes in order to complete the assignment. You may use free class time or learning lab. Do not complete this in class when another assignment is already distributed.

Need to drop your lowest grade?

I collect quarters of the United States and always could use an extra hand. I will exchange your quarter for another state to compensate for the currency. I am currently looking for West Virginia and Kansas quarters.
As a bonus, for your extra effort, I will allow you to drop your lowest grade. This must be done before October 29 which is the end of this nine week grading period.

Good luck and thanks for the help!!!

The next section we will explore is speech recognition. Find the name and cost of 6 speech recognition software applications and submit them for internet access time of 30 minutes. This will exempt you from a class assignment at that time. This assignment must be submitted by October 1. Good Luck.
